Day 2: Sun 3 Sep - Seoul
I managed at least two hours of sleep and another two of dozing, which was good. Due to our delayed departure, we landed 20 minutes late (06:30am) which was also good as it meant a delayed arrival at the hotel, and less time waiting to check in. Immigration was a breeze, as was picking up the bag and Customs. Then had to find the taxi rank. Once in the taxi, it took almost an hour to get to the hotel and about $75! As check-in was 2pm, I was not able to check in so left my suitcase in the luggage room and went walking to find some breakfast as we didn’t get on the plane, or maybe I was asleep? Found Maccas and had breakfast and then went back to the hotel. However, there were still no rooms available, allegedly. So, I waited around for another two and a half hours before approaching the desk again and this time managed to get a room, two hours earlier than usual check in time.
